Professional overview — a brief summary of who I am and what I do in the tech world.
I studied 10th std with full concentration and focus, and I scored 89.2%.
I continued at the same school and took Computer Science group. During the COVID lockdown, I started learning Python and tech stacks, which sparked my tech career.
I completed 12th with a strong focus on my tech career goals. I researched colleges and realized the importance of campus hiring. This led me to choose VSB Engineering College, Karur.
I got my 12th result: 62.7%, lower due to prioritizing CS over other subjects. This was a tough phase, but it made me realize the importance of balance and planning.
I visited VSB Engineering College and applied through counselling, but was rejected due to low cutoff. I didn’t give up. I chose management quota and started my career in the ECE domain in 2022.
I faced many challenges in understanding engineering subjects, but I never gave up. Through repeated failures, I learned valuable lessons and developed resilience. I successfully cleared my first year without any arrears, and that built my confidence.
Building on lessons from my first year, I made a key decision to purchase a laptop to explore technology more deeply. This marked the start of my journey into hands-on coding, self-learning, and personal growth in tech.
During my 2nd year semester break, I joined Flipkart as a Supply Chain Faculty Intern. I learned how delivery systems work, managed real-time tasks assigned by my team lead, and developed strong leadership and responsibility skills.
Entering my 3rd year, I applied what I learned by building web development projects and prototyping innovative ideas. I consistently solved problems and cleared the year without arrears. I also began placement training through my college, where I focused deeply on Java programming, problem-solving, and aptitude development.
Before entering my final year, I completed a 30-day residential CAMP training conducted by the placement cell. I stayed in the hostel with my friends and truly enjoyed those days. Through group study and collaboration, I strengthened my technical and soft skills in a productive environment.
I’m currently working as an Associate Software Engineer Intern at Mphasis Ltd, where I’m gaining hands-on experience in real-world software development and industry practices. This opportunity is helping me strengthen my technical skills, problem-solving ability, and understanding of professional workflows. As I continue my final year of engineering, I’m focused on learning, improving, and preparing myself to transition confidently into a full-time software engineering role. This phase marks an important step in my journey from student to professional, and I’m committed to building a strong foundation for my career.
